King prawns cooked in white wine, chilli garlic and tomato.

Asparaghi con prosciutto
Asparagus spears wrapped in parma ham with parmesan shaving.

Insalata di pollo
Warm chicken and pancetta salad with mixed leaves and parmesan in a honey & mayonnaise dressing.

Funghi fritti
pan fried porcini & button mushrooms with pine nuts, olive oil and garlic served on crostini.

Pollo parolaccia
Chicken breast pieces with tomato, cream, marsala, peppers and olives served with pasta.

Agnello balsamico
Shank of lamb slow roasted in a sauce of red wine, red onion, and balsamic vinegar served with garlic mash.

Maiale arrosto
Braised belly pork slow roasted in a vegetable stock, red wine, garlic and herbs served with spinach and roast potatoes.

Merluzzo con brodo e cipolli
Oven baked Cod wrapped in parma ham with a pea & onion broth served on mashed potato.

Spezzatino
cubes of steak, potato and onion cooked in a spicy tomato and red wine sauce.
